This is the post I'd meant to share last week, but let me tell you it has been a wild ride of a couple weeks. This message is relevant no matter the time of year, so I hope you enjoy and celebrate yourself and those around you.

Late-ish in the day on Sunday I had a burst of gratitude for my body. I'd dressed up because Jon took me to Wichita for Moms' Day lunch, and with that gratitude I felt the contrast and progress of how I feel about my body now vs when I was immediately postpartum.
That inspired me to create a post-Mothers' Day challenge, and here is what I channeled during that moment:
No matter your body, celebrate it
Even if your body hasn’t birthed a human
I know it’s soooooo much easier said than done
But think of whatever else you’ve birthed
The progress you’ve made and are making
You’re receiving what’s meant for you
Everything is happening for you, all the lessons you’re meant to learn in this lifetime
So the post-Mothers' Day challenge is to answer this:
What have you created that has brought you joy?
It can very well be a human, and it can also be a business, a relationship, your own healing, an idea, artwork, the best cherry cheesecake... the list of possibilities is truly endless.
I would absolutely love for every single person who reads this post to comment with their answer. It would mean so much to me, and it'll also be celebrated that you are recognizing yourself and what your body has achieved!
I'm so looking forward to seeing your answers come through!
All the love,
Kaitlynn
